Mediterraneo is an experience for all the senses. Bright colors, intense scents, unexpected textures and tastes that evoke seasons, memories, places. It’s Sicily and the travels you know, but never like this. A path to be savored slowly, with eyes closed and an open mind.

Cortile
The spritz according to Cortiletto: elegant, frank, convivial. The bubbles of Ferrari Brut blend with our iconic Aperitivo, and therefore with the robustness of Bitter Fusetti, with the bitter Santoni, with the sweetness of Cocchi vermouth and chamomile, with its barely whispered floral touch. A hint of cinnamon warms the sip discreetly. A toast that smells of sunny alleys, stolen chatter and slow afternoons.

Heat
A meeting that smells of summer and that tastes of Sicily. Strawberry and tomato blend in a fresh and savory balance, recalling Sicilian sunsets and tomatoes ripe in the sun. On the nose, basil and coriander release herbaceous notes that intertwine with the delicacy of fruit. On the palate the sip is intriguing, vibrant and persistent.

Olea
Olea is a Negroni with a Mediterranean soul, herbaceous and enveloping. Fig leaves soften the bitterness and olive oil caresses the palate with elegance. But the real surprise lies at the top: a citrus bubble bursts on the nose, releasing freshness. A dense and structured sip, which smells of branches, bark and slow afternoons under the olive trees.

Orange blossom
The Sicilian orange blossom, to be enjoyed in sips. The smoky notes of Mezcal intertwine with citrus, bitterness and marjoram in a deep and aromatic game. To complete, a citrus essential oil perfumes the rim of the glass and helps to immerse yourself even more in the sunny soul of the cocktail. A sensual and iridescent drink, which leaves an idea of mystery and beauty in the mouth.

Lume
A sweet, sophisticated embrace with a touch of glamour that invites you to taste it. The Ferrari Brut gives structure and character, while our shrub on a Bellini base adds sweetness, acidity and aromatic notes that make every sip persistent and enveloping. A light and brilliant toast, perfect to share at sunset.

Nettare
It is pure liquid light. The bubbles of Champagne meet the sweetness of orange blossom honey and the acidity of wine vinegar, in an enveloping balance. Aquavit adds a spicy note, while a secret ingredient lights up the scene: yellow turns into fluorescent green. A magnetic, vibrant cocktail to be enjoyed with the eyes and the palate.

Juta
A cocktail that has its roots in peasant Sicily. The spicy red pepper is intertwined with the smoky notes of Tequila and Mezcal, infused with carob and cocoa beans. The sweet and sour sauce evokes familiar flavors, adding an umami note that stimulates the palate, while the pepper jelly adds depth. An intense, rustic and surprisingly elegant sip.

Scirocco
An aromatic journey that starts from the Mediterranean, to fade towards the East. Inspired by Turkish bazaars, it combines the roundness of honey with intense and spicy aromas reminiscent of distant journeys. Watermelon refreshes, green tea adds a herbal note, while gin ties everything together with structure and elegance. A deep, enveloping cocktail to explore.

Amandula
An elegant and complex cocktail, where sweetness and earthiness come together in a surprising balance. Milk washing gives the drink clarity and a silky texture, while beetroot and almond milk evoke intense, yet harmonious Sicilian contrasts. The garnish of chips and almond gel completes the sip, together with the delicate scent of broom.

Zefiro
It is like a light breeze that comes without being seen, but that makes itself felt. Almost transparent to the eye, it opens with the freshness of gin flavored with basil, mint, thyme and coriander. Kiwi adds a fruity and sour note, while Mastiha closes with a resinous touch that smells of Mediterranean forest. A direct, elegant cocktail with an unmistakable character.

Sabula
A breath of land and sea, in a perfect balance between strength and delicacy. Gin meets the softness of hazelnut liqueur, while celery adds vegetal verticality. The sherry ties it all together with its typical oxidative note. It is a cocktail that changes with every sip, like sand in the wind: fresh, saline, deep and changeable.

Eros
It is the non-alcoholic version of Calura, but with an identity of its own. Strawberry and tomato recall the freshness of summer, while the distillate with marine botanicals adds depth and a slight flavor. A clean, essential sip that restores the flavor of the South with a disarming delicacy.

Ficu
Strong flavors are artfully mixed and play with the concept of comfort food, all to be drunk: the velvety notes of toasted butter rum meet the umami of porcini mushrooms and the aroma of fig leaves, while sour apple balances everything, giving freshness to a cocktail that comes from the earth, to evolve with great identity.

Resina
A silent garden after the rain, where the scent of flowers mixes with the still damp earth. The jasmine and watermelon kombucha opens with floral and fruity freshness, the labdanum introduces a balsamic and resinous echo, while the non-alcoholic distillate completes the sip with balance. A cocktail that tastes of nature and lightheartedness.

Elisium
A riot of freshness and harmony: mango and passion fruit open with tropical sweetness, radicchio adds a bitter vein, pink grapefruit brightens the drink, while Everleaf Marine non-alcoholic distillate gives depth. A cocktail that alternates tension and balance, between exotic and Mediterranean.

Marsa
A non-alcoholic tribute to the summer breeze that touches Marzamemi. Pomegranate gives a fruity sweetness and a bright color, lemon brings freshness and acidity, while ginger beer adds a sparkling and spicy touch. A dynamic and thirst-quenching cocktail, which tastes of sea, sun and the echo of the white streets of the seaside village.
